Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech Summer Kickoff Event
On a beautiful Sunday in June 2015 Susan and Jack participated in the Clarke Schools’ Pennsylvania Summer Kickoff Event. This event was a fun-filled day with Clarke families and children swimming, playing games, eating and interacting with wonderful Clarke professionals. Clarke Schools teach children who are deaf or hard of hearing to listen and talk. Their professionals work to ensure that every child has the chance to reach his/her full potential and has a life full of limitless possibilities.
We were pleased to help raise awareness on social media about the wonderful work of Clarke Schools as well as make a financial grant in support of refreshment sponsorship for the Clarke Schools’ Pennsylvania Summer Kickoff Event. The Summer Kickoff celebrated this year’s success and the success to come for Clarke families and children.
In addition to its involvement in Clarke Schools’ Pennsylvania Summer Kickoff Event, the Susan and Jack Holender Children’s Fund participates in a variety of projects that promote the health and welfare of children. Because we have an all-volunteer staff, every dollar raised goes directly to the medical care, research, and support of children in need. Please donate to the Susan and Jack Holender Children’s Fund so that we may continue supporting important projects like the Clarke Schools’ Pennsylvania Summer Kickoff.
