Einstein Medical Center Montgomery’s Walk & 5K Run Through the Park
On Saturday morning May 20, 2017, Susan and Jack were delighted to take part in the Friends of Einstein Medical Center Montgomery’s Walk & 5K Run Through the Park in support of helping to enhance and improve cancer care services for countless patients at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. It was Susan and Jack Holender’s great pleasure to be a Course Sponsor for the event.
Whether walking or running in support of cancer care services, this event was an enjoyable day for the entire family. The day began with a heart pumping 5K Run and a scenic 2.5 mile walk for two-legged and four-legged walkers. With the help and enthusiasm of over 350 runners and walkers, over $65,000 was raised to benefit the Cancer Program of Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. With this help we are able to enhance technology to detect cancer earlier, support efforts to treat more effectively and increase the support offered to patients and their families.
In addition to Einstein Medical Center Montgomery Walk & 5K Run Through the Park, the Susan and Jack Holender Children’s Fund participates in a variety of projects that promote the health and welfare of children. Because we have an all-volunteer staff, every dollar raised goes directly to the medical care, research, and support of children in need. Please donate to the Susan and Jack Holender Children’s Fund so that we may continue supporting important projects like Einstein Medical Center Montgomery Walk & 5K Run Through the Park.
